Terms and Conditions
Lifes Seasons Celebrancy and Colin Hawkins are for the purposes of the Terms and Conditions, one in the same.

  • When you make your enquiry/initial booking, the date will be held for 7 days pending receipt of your Booking Fee.

  • A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure the date and time for your ceremony. (For services charged at £300 or less, the full fee is required).

  • Payment must be made to secure a date.

  • No services will be undertaken until payment has been received and no date will be held for more than 7 days after a date has been requested.


    Cancellation Policy

    If you choose to cancel, for whatever reason your refund will be calculated as follows:
    Notice Period:

  • 30 days or over - 100% of the Service Fee less time spent working on the service charged at £20 per hour.

  • 29 days or under - 50% of the Service Fee less time spent working on the service charged at £20 per hour.

  • 15 days or less - No refund payable.

    If the Service date is to be changed, we would do our best to attend the new date.     Lifes Seasons Celebrancy can not be at fault if they are unable to attend due to a previous verifiable booking.
    (We suggest that you ask for a number of alternatives to give Lifes Seasons Celebrancy the best chance of being available on the revised date).

    In any cancellation you will not be entitled to receive or use any of the service documents prepared by Lifes Seasons Celebrancy. 

     

  • If on the day of the event we are not able, for whatever reason (illness/accident/etc), to provide the service you have paid for we will use our best endeavours to find a substitute celebrant to provide the service in our place.
    Only if no substitute celebrant can be found will you be entitled to a refund and this refund is limited to the monies paid by you to Lifes Seasons Celebrancy.

  • If Lifes Seasons Celebrancy cancels you will be entitled to 100% refund of all monies paid.
